Outdoor Cooking

With most of our planting done, over the next few weeks we’re going to be developing our outdoor cooking area, trying to get as much cooking done oustide as possible.  We’ve followed my normal  modum operandi–roughing things to get an idea of what’s REALLY needed before investing any money, time or energy in any permament projects. 

We’ll be building an outdoor brick bread oven like the one pictured on the left.  We’ll be following plans from Oven Crafters, and hopefully get this baby cooking soon.

We’ll use the contruction process as a means of learning the simplest way to do this…and keep you posted with any helpful insights we have.
